Who are Small Green Shoots?
Small Green Shoots create pathways for disadvantaged young people, giving them access to the music and creative industries through their paid training programmes and secondment programmes with their industry partners.
What is the Short Sharp Shot Programme?
A bespoke intensive 8-week training programme for Young People aged 18-24 who would like to work in the music or the creative industry. Alongside this training you will be introduced to industry professionals who work in SYNC, A+R, Data & Insights, Marketing & Advertising, Management, Merchandise, PR, Live music & events, Radio, Photography & Videography.
During the programme you will be trained in:

Adobe Suite including Photoshop, InDesign and Premier Pro

Web Development
Marketing, Branding & Advertising
Microsoft 365 Suite and Google Workspace
Admin and Music Business
Invoicing and Expenses
PRS for Music and PPL forms
