Handle are working with a well-established global company who are looking for an Accounts Assistant to blend into their fast-paced finance team. You will be joining an award winning business who love to see their employees progress their careers within the company. This role is a temp to perm position working on a hybrid office/home working model.
If you are studying towards an AAT or equivalent this could be the perfect career path.
Main duties will include:
- Preparing bank reconciliations
- Managing and authorising the use of company credit card
- Monitoring & checking staff expenses
- Prepare back up data for rechargeable expense invoices
- Collate purchase invoices for approval within a set time frame
- Check, code and process purchase invoices into accounting system
- Preparing and processing monthly payment batches
- Dealing with admin related tasks
As a person you must have:
- Good communication via telephone & excellent writing skills
- Great organisational skills
- Able to work well within a team
- An eye for detail
- Want to developing your career in accounting / business support
