Fantastic opportunity for a personable and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Assistant to join a massive global music company until January 2022. Reporting into the Accounts Payable Manager, you will be responsible for the timely processing of invoices and providing impeccable service to suppliers.
The Duties:
Accurate coding and processing of invoices
Matching purchase orders and checking for accuracy
Setting up and maintaining new supplier accounts
Assisting with weekly multiple currency payment runs.
Raise urgent payments to meet the company's business needs.
Reconciling key supplier statement accounts.
The Candidate:
Proven AP processing experience at a high volume
Strong interpersonal skills across all levels of the business
