A leading fashion company are on the lookout for an Accounts Payable Assistant who has experience processing a high volume of stock invoices. The successful applicant will join their dynamic and fast-paced finance team who are based in North London.
This is a 6 month fixed term contract reporting into the Accounts Payable Manager and will require around 2-3 years' experience om AP.
The Duties
- Dealing with supplier invoices and matching all stock receipted into the warehouse
- Dealing with all stock payments in line with settlement discounts, multi-currency payment runs and expenses
- Maintaining excellent supplier relationships and acting as key contact for query resolution
- Assisting with weekly and monthly KPI reporting
- Ad-hoc finance duties and administration
The Candidate
- 2-3 years' experience working in Accounts Payable
- Previous stock invoice experience is highly desirable for this role
- Excellent communicator both written and verbal
- Excellent numerical skills
- Intermediate excel skills
