Handle Recruitment have a brand new opportunity for an Accounts Payable Manager to join a well know TV production company on a permanent basis. Based in London, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for the next step in their career
Responsibilities include
- Ownership of the AP function across multiple entities
- Managing the Accounts Payable team
- Accurate and timely processing of purchase orders, purchase invoices, expense claims and credit cards
- Reviewing the coding of invoices and expense claims
- Maintaining supplier relationships
- Month end duties including bank reconciliations and journals
The ideal candidate should have
- Previous experience managing a team of 2 or more
- Previous experience using PMI is desired but not essential
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Good Excel knowledge
- Previous Accounts Payable experience
