We are recruiting for a small boutique finance firm in South West London looking to hire a administrative assistant. They are a close knit team with lovely offices! Looking for someone who is a confident administrator who can help them with the duties below:
- Dealing & organising incoming mail: scanning documents, forwarding the appropriate documents to the correct teams, electronic and paper filing
- Dealing with outgoing mail: organising DHL, doing post office runs etc.
- Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests
- Meeting and greeting visitors;
- Organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments;
- Supporting the corporate administration team
- Liaising with our various suppliers.
We are looking for someone very passionate and committed with excellent attention to detail, organisation and communication skills.
