Handle are looking for an Agents Assistant who thrives in an ever changing, dynamic environment. If this sounds like you, this may the perfect opportunity! We are seeking an ambitious individual to join a growing team as an Agent Assistant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Being the first point of contact for all requests/offers
  • Organising and arranging travel, itineraries, schedules, etc.
  • Managing Agent's diary
  • Maintaining contact's database
  • Script reading and writing breakdowns
  • Preparing Agent's expenses
  • Client casting

Requirements:

  • Experienced Agent's Assistant
  • Excellent administrative skills and attention to detail
  • Presentable as dealing with high profile clients
  • Ability to work efficiently and under pressure
  • Interest in theatre and film industry
