Here at Handle we're proud to be partnering with a music company to find an experience Bookkeeper to join their fun, friendly team on a 3 month contract, which could potentially be extended. This role demands an experienced, proactive and organised candidate who can work effectively with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Process purchases, depreciation's and reconcile related accounts
- Preparing journals
- Process Bank Interest calculations
- Calculate and process Accruals
- Bank Reconciliations
- Balance Sheet Reconciliations
- P & L Analysis
- Year End Routine and month end close
- Assist with preparation of schedules for Year End Audit
Experience required
- Previous experience working in a small team under own initiative
- AAT Level or QBE
- Intermediate excel skills and prior experience using Sage
- Team player with strong time management
