Business Analyst - Retail
We currently have a Business Analyst role available for a high profile Retail company with UK headquarters in North London. This is a great opportunity to working on various high profile projects as the team continue to expand.
This is a brand new role within the division delivering a re-platforming programme
Role:
- Map key 'As Is' and 'To Be' operational processes
- Gap analysis between the business requirements and the 'To-Be' platform's current capabilities
- Facilitating workshops with SMEs and business owners
- Validate functionality being built
- Be key points of contact between the Technology (Product) and Business teams
- Be a critical part of the User Acceptance Testing workstream
Essential:
- launching or re-platforming of digital systems, transition of platforms
- Gathering requirements, process mapping and carrying out a gap analysis
- summarising outputs in documents that are clear and concise
- Working with product managers, SMEs, developers and architects
- Creating and maintain complex programme management documents
- Supporting business teams in UAT
- Using a hybrid of Agile, Scrum & Waterfall methodologies
Desirable:
- Grocery eCommerce
- integration and API development
