A brand new opportunity has just become available for an experienced Client Accountant with excellent communication skills to join a multi-award winning global talent management and production agency.
Responsibilities will include:
- Client payment process - entry of artist database and ensuring payments are made accurate and in a timely fashion
- Keep records of WIP and invoices raised
- Management of Accounts Receivable
- Complete balance sheet ageing reports on a monthly basis and review with the business manager
- Assist with reporting on financial projections around revenue and billing
- Assist with month bank reconciliations, procedures and reporting
- Sending weekly project reports
- Assisting the team with general problem solving and query resolution
Skills/ Experience
- Experience in a similar role processing client payments
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Netsuite experience desired
- Intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge
- Experience within a media/entertainment agency
