Job Title: Client Services Executive - Job Share - 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday)

PURPOSE
You will be part of the UK client services team responsible for the receipt and collation of all digital advertising material for digital products with multiple deadlines - digital newsletters, websites and external client HTML emails.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Request and collate all advertising for internal weekly e-newsletters, websites and HTMLs
- Keep accurate records of all client sold digital content across agreed digital products as directed
- Maintaining all in-house online advertising preparation and delivery
SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sales - Guidance on amendment of orders (NetSuite training will be provided), ensuring constant liaison with production, marketing and finance teams
- Finance - Management of material tracking of digital production items
ESSENTIAL BEHAVIOURS AND KNOWLEDGE FOR THIS ROLE
- High attention to detail and with strong organisation skills with the ability to manage several simultaneous projects
- Experience and a good understanding of working to tight deadlines
- Computer literate with good knowledge of I.T. including Microsoft Office packages, Word, Excel as well as NetSuite (training to be provided) and other digital ad production systems; Google AdManager and HTML knowledge would be an advantage, but training can be provided.
- Good interpersonal skills with ability for developing strong working relationships with internal stakeholders
