Temporary opportunity for an experienced Content Delivery Coordinator to join the Technology Operations department of a leading global Broadcaster. This role will start in January 2022 and will be for 6 months.
The successful candidate will be a proactive and tenacious individual with at least 2/3 years' experience working within a media technology operations department and will have a good understanding of broadcast video and audio standards.
Responsibilities include: -
- Content delivery across EMEA regions for linear and non-linear content fulfilment in line with initial use dates; Transcoding, formatting, QC, delivery, packaging and tracking of content, including metadata & ancillary assets.
- Be the main point of contact for all platforms receiving content; tracking and resolution of missing or rejected content.
- Liaise with multiple departments and vendors to identify and resolve technical issues to ensure corrected materials redelivered promptly and efficiently.
- Work closely with 3rd parties to ensure agreed work is completed on time and in line with expectations.
Candidate profile: -
- Experienced with media supply chain workflows.
- Previous experience working in a busy file-based operations role.
- Past experience working for a content provider or broadcaster.
- Knowledge of Adobe Premier or similar editing tools software.
- KPI/TQM creation and utilisation.
