Handle Recruitment are thrilled to be working with an international label, with a large creative licensing team who work across music for film, tv, and advertising, to source a creative assistant.
As a creative assistant, you will be supporting the creative side of the department whose primary role is to pitch the label's roster of music to briefs from Ad agencies, music supervisors, directors and producers.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting and supporting with the creative pitching output of the sync team and working with A&R to ensure the team are across the freshest and best new music
- Assisting with 'New Business' and building relationships with sync clients
- Assisting with marketing mailouts - keeping our clients up to date on the best new music
- Researching and finding hidden gems in the current catalogue
- Regularly providing new music to key clients
- Attending gigs, entertaining sync clients and artist
- Assisting in wider creative projects by the sync team
The ideal candidate will have:
- Love and knowledge of a wide range of music is a must
- Previous experience or knowledge of creative sync
- Understanding of how music interacts with culture and the emotion of a film or video
- Proactive approach
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Experience using Photoshop, video editing and music production software
