CRM Communications Executive - Entertainment
Initial 3 month contract
Here at Handle we are working on a fantastic CRM Communications Executive role with a well-known multinational entertainment and media company. In this role you will support the CRM Manager in developing, planning and implementing all CRM activity.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage the eCRM calendar in line with strategic objectives
- Project manage email campaigns and liaise with marketing agencies and the wider EMEA CRM team
- Develop email content - using imagery sourcing and sub editing
- Stakeholder management to gain buy-ins and approvals from brand strategy and legal teams
- Proof reading campaigns
- Tracking CRM activities with regular reports and reviews
- Be the main point of contract for the companies CRM team
- Approve campaigns for UK and Ireland markets
You will have:
- Previous email marketing and CRM experience
- Great organizational, project management and communication skills
- Experience in consumer marketing - travel, entertainment, hospitality
- Fantastic copywriting skills
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Good team player attitude
- Excellent computer skills - word, Excel, e-mail ad PowerPoint
- High motivated with a 'can do ' attitude
