CRM Communications Executive - Entertainment

Initial 3 month contract

Here at Handle we are working on a fantastic CRM Communications Executive role with a well-known multinational entertainment and media company. In this role you will support the CRM Manager in developing, planning and implementing all CRM activity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage the eCRM calendar in line with strategic objectives
  • Project manage email campaigns and liaise with marketing agencies and the wider EMEA CRM team
  • Develop email content - using imagery sourcing and sub editing
  • Stakeholder management to gain buy-ins and approvals from brand strategy and legal teams
  • Proof reading campaigns
  • Tracking CRM activities with regular reports and reviews
  • Be the main point of contract for the companies CRM team
  • Approve campaigns for UK and Ireland markets

You will have:

  • Previous email marketing and CRM experience
  • Great organizational, project management and communication skills
  • Experience in consumer marketing - travel, entertainment, hospitality
  • Fantastic copywriting skills
  • Great verbal and written communication skills
  • Good team player attitude
  • Excellent computer skills - word, Excel, e-mail ad PowerPoint
  • High motivated with a 'can do ' attitude
