We have a great opportunity at a Global Media Agency for an experienced CRM Manager - Based within the Media finance team, this position involves a variety of financial, contractual and sales - related tasks, including responsibility for the internal CRM and sales system its related processes and crossover with other departments, monitoring usage, reporting, providing training to users (sales/legal/finance), reviewing contracts, and overseeing system improvements.

This is a hybrid role which is based near Chiswick Park, the successful candidate will be expected to work at their offices 2/3 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure effective end to end management of the CRM system, including accurate customer, project and deal creation, and integration with SAP and Legal contract database.
  • Monitoring of CRM inputs, processes, and outputs to ensure the efficient running of the sales and legal administration process, from deal entry to contract generation and the issuing of invoices.
  • Be the key point of contact for CRM stakeholders to resolve system/process issues and queries on a timely basis.
  • Work closely with the Legal Contract Management Team and assist in the review of projects and deals back to signed contracts and their Legal contract database records on a timely basis.
  • Responsible for monthly CRM (financial) close process.
  • Provide bespoke trackers and reports to Sales/Legal and Finance stakeholders.
  • Provide training to the business to educate and reinforce best practise processes and CRM usage.
  • Develop and maintain close working relationships with wider Media team including global Sales, Legal, and Finance.
  • Identify system improvements, and work with IT to develop, test and implement those changes. Provide training on new processes and functionality to CRM users. As the SME the Manager will be involved in the operational side of any changes to the system.
  • Actively contribute to internal projects relating to or impacting the CRM system

  • Monitoring of business CRM use and adherence to CRM best practice processes.
  • Efficient resolution of issues and queries to avoid backlog.
  • Timely review of contracts to ensure accuracy of CRM data.
  • Effective training programmes for all new CRM users

Knowledge and Experience:

  • Proven experience of using sales CRM systems and understanding their touch points with Legal/Finance
  • Experience of contract management systems or processes
  • Technical expertise with CRM and analytical systems
  • An ability to manage & lead CRM initiatives

Skills Required:

  • Previous experience in Legal or Law Degree
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Highly numerate
  • Strong communication skills along with a customer-oriented attitude
