Handle Recruitment is seeking an experienced Customer Engagement Campaign Manager to work with a world recognised retail bank, on a six month fixed term contract initially.

As the Customer Engagement Campaign Manager your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and delivering customer engagement communication, adding in new elements such as social, video and podcast - on time and on budget
  • Ensuring your customer communications:
  • Are of the desired standard and effectively deliver against strategic, commercial and brand objectives
  • Are on product message
  • Are customer focused
  • Are developed in line with brand guidelines and aligned to brand values
  • Adhere to regulatory requirements and developed in line with relevant governance frameworks
  • Consistently challenge the norm, push boundaries creatively and always reflect industry best practice
  • Integrate creatively with ATL, BTL and Digital communications where relevant
  • Have high levels of accuracy across all comms and QA is never compromised
  • Reviewing campaigns, reporting on performance and capturing learnings to implement
  • Working collaboratively with creative and production agencies to ensure campaigns are industry best practice and customer-centric
  • Managing and coordinating all stakeholders throughout the delivery of your campaign

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Detailed knowledge and experience of developing and delivering world class direct and digital marketing customer comms across multiple routes to market. DM, Email, Social and Digital expertise is a must. Podcast & wider channel knowledge and experience in customer engagement is desirable
  • Confidence working across multiple projects at any given time, you'll have strong juggling and prioritisation skills learnt in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
  • Great comms skills, both written and verbal, be highly organised and have great attention to detail.
  • Ability to operate in a complex, changeable environment which is subject to continuous change, following processes to mitigate risk and non-compliance and managing multiple stakeholders efficiently
