Based in their stunning offices, overlooking the heart of central London- our client is keen to appoint a Customer Service Coordinator, who delivers first class service to their online customers. They're looking for a proactive Customer Service Coordinator who can share the company's passion.
Responsibilities:
- Communicating courteously and professionally with customers by telephone, email and live chat.
- Proactively keep up to date on the latest product developments
- Process order amendments
- Investigate and solve customer queries and escalating internally if necessary
- Process credits for returns or damaged items
Skill/experience requirements:
- Experience in similar customer service role
- B2B or B2C experience
- Ability to work in a fast paced and commercial environment
- Strong software skills including Zendesk is a bonus
