Handle is working with a globally renowned name in the Arts space to recruit a Business Data Analyst on a six-month contract. This role is deemed inside IR35.
The Role:
The client, one of the most influential commercial arts organization, working alongside an external supplier are currently replacing their existing client and artwork database. This role supports the project team in outlining current processes and helping to identify areas of improvement.
Key Project Support Responsibilities:
Supporting an existing database redesign project to aid the discovery and process
information for various business units.
Gathering and generating insights to data-driven recommendations.
Providing business analysis support to the project team, business sponsors and testers.
Mapping, analyzing, and validating information flows and user journeys within platforms and
software ensuring best practice for data storage and interaction.
Mapping out data paths and links in data between business units.
Making recommendations on work-flow.
Identifying and then prioritizing technical and functional requirements.
Produce written documentation to support your work, report on your findings and
present to stakeholders when necessary.
Communicating the benefits of your recommendations across departments, help to
address any uncertainty and concern.
