Direct Communications Manager - Email Marketing
This Direct Communications Manager role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has experience in email marketing, and would love to work for an exciting broadcast company that has just taken on a new joint venture with a huge platform. In this role you would be able to establish a fantastic email marketing structure for this new and integrated organisation.
Key responsibilities:
- Work closely with the wider marketing team and the business
- Drive customer engagement and grow the marketing database
- Generate revenue for the company using the marketing data from different upgrades, referral programs and different strategies
- Implement new strategies to enhance existing data - such as GDPR and privacy policy updates
- Take ownership on the sending, effectiveness and reporting of all direct comms- including weekly, monthly and bespoke deliveries
- Take responsibility for all content within the companies email communications - ensuring they are engaging
You will have:
- Experience creating, developing and managing customer marketing programs
- Good knowledge of data driven marketing
- Experience working with customer databases
- Previous experience using ESPs to delivery direct communications to customers
- Understanding of data legislation
- Passion for TV and emerging technologies
