A fantastic, rare opportunity to be part of a hugely successful, Global online publisher.

We are keen to hear from highly accomplished career EA's with a wealth of C-suite support experience- ideally gained within media/ entertainment/ publishing.

Skills and experience required:

  • Proven EA/ PA / secretarial experience, including working in a busy office and dealing with all levels of seniority
  • Highly organised, with a committed and flexible approach to work
  • The ability to ensure confidentiality and professionalism is maintained at all times
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong track record in building good internal and external working relationships across diverse business areas
  • Superb attention to detail with the ability to prioritise and manage an extensive workload, in accordance to tight deadlines
  • Experience in coordinating events and being a brand ambassador
  • Computer literate- confident in the use of Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Zoom/ Teams and other virtual meeting software
  • Creative thinker with a positive "can do" attitude
  • Team player who enjoys working in a high achieving environment
  • Previous experience in a fast-moving, high-pressure environment

The successful candidate will be incredibly pro-active, who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic working environment and who is used to juggling multiple tasks/ schedules/ diaries simultaneously.

The role is due to start ASAP for a handover, and our client is keen to hire on a temporary to permanent basis.

Location: ideally 4 days in the office, 1 day remote, but there may be some further flexibility around this.
