By collaborating with the Global Facilities and London Leadership teams, you will be a key component in the operational success of the International Facilities. This position reports to the Global Director of Real Estate & Workplace, Head of Facilities, and coordinates, consults and supports the London Leadership Team.

In addition to working with members of Facilities, HR, Tech and leadership teams internally, you will develop and maintain relationships with all of our external vendors and building contacts.

This position will be based out of the London Office with overall responsibity for managing the international portfolio of facilities in Europe, Asia and beyond as the first point of contact between the international offices and North Americas corporate team based out of Los Angeles, California.

Core Duties & Responsibilities:

* Manage international facilities ensuring they are fully operational at all times, with all critical operations functioning properly.

* Support the day to day operations of multiple facilities.

* Foster and maintain relationships with landlords, property managers, and associated service providers.

* Procure, review and negotiate vendor agreements and contracts.

* Utilize IWMS software to track, manage and evaluate space planning and future move plans, as required.

* Plan, review and execute office moves in coordination with IT, HR and other internal groups.

* Uphold office cleanliness & organizational standards

* Maintain and catalog office assets including furniture, etc.

* Oversee mail distribution and purchasing of office supplies

* Partner with Corporate Real Estate and local leadership to plan and implement office renovations, refurbishments and moves.

* Ensure adherence to all local health & safety regulations and best practices.

* In collaboration with IT department, maintain shared office equipment such as printers, faxes, scanners, copy machines, etc. and their respective service agreements.

* Manage kitchens and food service

* Review and manage all office utilities and operations budgets and expenses.

* Uphold and implement office safety policies, office security & business continuity and health and safety protocols including all local COVID-19 guidelines.

* Support and implement corporate sustainability initiatives and programs.

Requirements:

* Must have significant experience managing a multi-site, international, commercial office facility for high-value clients.

* Ability to travel internationally

* Ability to read and manipulate floor plans

* Strong interpersonal skills and a can-do attitude
