We are looking for a Performance Marketing Lead, to join our client's EMEA team based in London and become part of their high performing Marketing function.

This is a fast paced and high performance marketing role that would suit someone who loves working a high number of projects all at once and doesn't run from a challenge!

You will have experience of developing strategic and tactical marketing activities to drive commercial performance in Europe, Middle East and Africa. Working in partnership with the EMEA Marketing Executive, they will have a hands-on approach to Omni channel marketing via events (digital and in-person), partnerships, digital marketing (including paid social and PPC) and campaigns to secure new business and retain our existing customer base. Working closely with the EMEA Commercial VP, the role requires a strong performance marketer obsessed with achieving results and KPIs through engaging campaigns and events.

Key Accountabilities

  • Create and deliver the EMEA marketing plan, aligned to the global marketing strategy and plan.
  • Lead the marketing delivery of an exciting new, global digital live events program in collaboration with our in-house video experts and world class content team.
  • Optimise regional channel strategy (email, paid social media, Google search) to hit new business KPIs, with a focus on pursuit marketing to target accounts.
  • Working closely and collaboratively with global teams from Product Marketing, Brand Marketing, Design, Marketing Automation and Operations teams to translate global campaigns and localise where necessary.
  • Support the EMEA Marketing Executive to deliver local events and partnerships (digital and in-person) and grow regional brand awareness in target segments/personas.
  • Ensure regional alignment to marketing strategy across sales/Account Management, Content and Client Services.
  • Report on regional marketing performance.
  • Explore regional retention risk factors and work with the global marketing team to optimise retention communications.
  • Manage, coach and develop EMEA Marketing Executive.
  • Develop initiatives to grow EMEA's top customers through gap analysis targeted upsell campaigns to expand reach to new departments and personas.

Skills, experience & qualifications required

  • Previous experience with marketing automation tools such as Marketo and Salesforce CRM.
  • Proven experience in field marketing within a B2B environment.
  • Language proficiency in English and exceptional copywriting skills.
  • Excellent time-management, organisational and planning skills, with an ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, juggle multiple initiatives with impeccable attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Desired experience with social networks for business (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram), LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Google ads.
  • Team player with strong communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills.
  • Degree in Marketing/Digital Marketing/Business or equivalent relevant experience.
