A fast growing hospitality business is currently looking for a Modeller/FP&A Analyst to join their ever-growing team on a 6 month contract which could go permanent. Working directly with the Head of Business Strategy and other senior stakeholders such as the CFO/CEO you will be responsible for provising financial modelling support and analysis to aid decision making.
This is an excellent role for someone from a banking or investment background who would like a change of industry.
Core duties will include:
- Building complex models using Microsoft Excel and other spreadsheet products
- Research into industry trends, market analysis
- Producing forecasts based on historical data
- Sales analysis of licensee sales, identifying trends and producing insightful quarterly reporting across the business
- Developing and maintaining data collection procedures for business data
Candidate requirements:
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills
- Have 3-4 years' experience in a similar FP&A role
- Ability to build complex business models
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build good relationships in the workplace
