Handle Recruitment have partnered with a leading broadcaster who are looking for a Finance Coordinator to join their team for 3 months to assist their busy team of Management Accountants. Working alongside another Finance Coordinator, this role will be a vital support to the finance department and will be responsible for;
- Setting up live new programme projects in SAP
- Working alongside the business affairs team to set up PO's in SAP and ensuring everything is in line with contracts
- Working collaboratively with producers and programming teams
- Ensuring payments are approved and made on time
- Communicating with external producers regularly to keep up to date of progress of payments
- Dealing with queries and discrepancies
- Liaise across the finance department to support the smooth running of the department
The Candidate
- An adaptable and results oriented candidate with sound knowledge of accountancy
- Studying towards ACCA/CIMA and educated to degree level
- Experience using SAP is highly desirable
- Prior experience working within the media, TV or broadcasting
- Immediately available to start
