Finance Manager - Creative Agency - Central London
We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join a growing Creative Agency based in Central London on a permanent basis. This Finance Manager will be responsible for the day to day running of the Finance function working very closely with the Finance Director and Clientele.

Key responsibilities: (but not limited to)
- Client billing which can be daily, weekly, and monthly
- Posting and paying supplier invoices
- Credit control for all client accounts - approx. 20 invoices per month
- Providing weekly cash statements to FD for review
- Staff expenses
- Reconciling client accounts
- Monthly WIP meetings with Consulting Directors
- Bank reconciliation
- Fee reconciliation
- Updating actual hours of client work from the team
- Managing resource tracker
- Accrued and deferred income
- Tracking benefits for the team
- Ad hoc financial information for clients, team, FD
- Improving/researching new suppliers to reduce overheads where applicable
- Recommending and upgrading financial processes, systems, and policies as the company grows, including relevant tech tools to ensure effective and efficient financial management
Key skills:
- Previous experience within a similar role preferred, ideally within a marketing/ creative/ communications business
- Some form of professional qualification would be a bonus!
- A real go getter, great communication and business partnering skills
- Someone who is highly organised, can adapt to a changing environment
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- A real team leader, someone who is ready to get stuck in and become an integral part of the finance function
