Global PR Manager - Entertainment

Handle are delighted to be working with a global gaming company, and owners of some of the most well-known household brands we all know and love! In order to further drive growth, the company are looking for an exceptional PR Manager who will drive the business efforts to support the existing PR and Communications for the business.

Designed to support the consumer team's efforts to gain positive and influential coverage, you would be responsible for the day to day coverage of the media globally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with and manage the consumer PR agencies effectively across key markets.
• Close work with multiple internal stakeholders to develop PR strategies, press materials and creative content for PR initiatives.
• Work alongside the wider PR and Communications team to build coverage of the brand and games globally.
• Track media coverage and report back on progress of the PR plans to the wider business.
• Forge and maintain meaningful relationships within media, across games media, consumer lifestyle and broadcast media.

Key Skills:

• Demonstrable success in a PR role within entertainment with 6+ years relevant experience.
• Great passion for PR and communications and how it can be used with impact and positively.
• Substantial experience in managing multiple clients agency side or managing multiple agencies as part of an in-house team.
• Previous experience in managing large PR campaigns for big, household names.
• Strong UK and international media contacts, particularly across consumer lifestyle outlets.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to make meaningful relationships.
• Meticulous attention to detail along with a keen interest in the gaming industry.
