Here at Handle we are excited to have partnered with a leading Media business, who are looking for a Global Resource Manager to join their team on an initial 6 month FTC. The Global Resource Manager role is an internal facing role required to understand, evaluate and fulfil resource requirements.
The successful candidate will lead the design and implementation of efficient global resource management processes, tools and reporting in order to provide timely and appropriate allocation of internal resources to work for the businesses clients across the globe.
Key accountability's
- Assigning available staff to projects based on their skills and experience
- Finding and hiring additional temporary staff in line with project budgets
- Providing project managers with ongoing resource management and related support
- Mitigating resource concerns by reallocating resources
- Managing the on boarding and financial admin of freelance and contract resource
The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years' experience as a Resource Manager, you will have had exposure to global brands and thrive in a fast paced environment.
