The key function of this role is to provide a first class service for a group of 200 employees. This is an operational role and you will work collaboratively with the team and across the business to provide advice to managers and employees. You will also be responsible for HR projects and initiatives to attract, engage and develop employees alongside some more operational projects.
The client is seeking a candidate with generalist experience in a fast-paced environment - a creative agency background would be ideal! You will have experience in handling ER cases and be motivated and passionate about delivering HR excellence.
