Fantastic opportunity for an experienced People Partner to join this truly progressive Entertainment/Music brand.

Sharing the UK population with the wider collaborative People team, you will take ownership over the creative business areas of c 200 people. We're looking for an intuitive and commercially savvy HR Generalist who will coach and guide forward thinking and innovative stakeholders. In this role you will also have a large input in different project work - these include employee engagement, talent development, well-being, ED&I, transformation and change.

Their environment is evolving, so our ideal candidate will always be thinking outside of the box to anticipate the needs of their stakeholders and the ripple effect that has across their entire creative process. You will be working with a passionate senior management team who are looking for a People Partner who embraces innovative thought and is always looking towards the bigger picture.

Working with the senior stakeholders you will be responsible for knowing their business and talent identify strengths and weaknesses and plan appropriate action to deliver the business goals.

Experience and an interest in the creative and entertainment industry is highly desirable to suit the communication style and culture of such an entrepreneurial, continuously evolving and rewarding industry.
