Working alongside well established and collaborative HR team of 6, you will be reporting to the HRD and support the business at the HRBP level. This is a brilliant career opportunity for a generalist Senior HR Advisor/ Manager looking to step into a business parenting role, there is a lot of scope to evolve, grow and get exposure to innovative projects.
In this business you must be a strong communicator, passionate about music and bring ideas and opportunities to the business to influence, shape and grow the HR function.
Key points:
- Ideally CIPD Qualified Assoc or equivalent
- Ideally an interest and understanding of Music
- Strong Compensation and Benefits Experience
- Ability to deal with ER cases
- Solutions orientated
- Collaborative team player
- Experience with dealing with Senior Management and a variety of stakeholders
