Handle are excited to be working with this iconic global non-profit organisation who are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to joined their wider team.
This is a broad generalist role partnering at senior level mainly with UK based functions (Finance, Marketing, Campaign team, fundraising/ sales) and leading on lots of interesting project work around DE&I, Culture Change, Wellbeing etc.
Reporting to HRD, you will be playing a key role in elevating the People strategy and shifting the culture of the organisation. Ideal candidates will have strong foundation of ER and change, have worked with very challenging stakeholders and strong personalities and some experience of unions would be useful but not essential.
Skills:
- Extensive HR Generalist experience including ER, coaching, benefits, change
- Be true business partner with senior stakeholder management within complex matrix environment
- CIPD qualification or equivalent
- Project management and negotiation skills
