Handle are working with a global creative agency looking for a People Assistant to join their People & Talent team. You will have experience working with Microsoft Office and Excel and have strong administration skills. The successful candidate will be working alongside a friendly and supportive team assisting with the whole employee life-cycle.
You role will include but not limited to:
- On-boarding of new hires
- Drafting employment offers and contracts
- Managing ongoing processes
- Ensuring the HRIS is up to date
This opportunity will also support the wider HR team with general HR administrative duties.
To be successful you will have a desire to learn, have excellent communication skills and be adaptable to new ways of working. The role is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to begin their career in HR whilst also studying towards a HR qualification.
