This sales engagement platform has 3 small European offices and a growing global remote team, boasting 35 in total and looking to increase headcount in 2022. The business operate an ambitious, diverse and friendly culture with a high retention rate and a real care for their people.
This is a newly created position as the business has grown to a number that now requires an HR function. The role will cover a generalist remit with the opportunity to really shape it as your own and in the years to come, build a team around you.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a positive and professional approach. A candidate with previous tech / start-up experience is advantageous but not essential, but you must have generalist experience to be considered.
