Are you a positive and proactive generalist HR Manager who has previously managed a small team? Do you have experience of running a high volume of recruitment processes simultaneously and supporting managers in handling complex employee relations cases?

Handle are working with a leading Entertainment group who are looking for an experienced HR Manager to cover a 12 month maternity cover FTC.

Having recently launched a recruitment, HR and learning platform, they are looking for an HR Manager who has previously worked on the implementation of a similar system. Due to the implementation of these new systems and a desire to modernise the way they work, the department have also adapted all recruitment and HR-related processes and procedures across the business. Following a period of intense change within the business, they are looking for someone to continue leading on this important work.

This is an exciting time to join the department and work closely with the management teams across the business to embed all these changes.

You will be working closely with the Head of HR in delivering the HR Strategy and with the support of the HR Advisor and HR & L&D Administrator (direct reports). Ideally you would have managed someone/a team previously.

This is a super busy role, both operational and strategic. You will have a direct impact on seeing how processes can be run better, advise and nurture management, training etc. A true generalist role!

The ideal candidate will be an experienced HR Manager, if you have worked with unions or a unionised business then this is a bonus!

Handle actively welcomes applicants from under-represented backgrounds - we pride ourselves on attracting the best talent for every opportunity through a commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion.
