Handle have partnered with a leading Tech company who are on the lookout for an ambitious and switched on HR Operations Lead on a 6 month FTC basis .
Joining an incredibly strong HR team, you will be a bright and forward thinking HR professional who will manage all aspects of HR Operations in EMEA and work with their US and APAC colleagues to support ensuring one global approach to HR operations.

The key to success in this role is the ability to be adaptable in your approach and constantly be looking at new ways of working, process improvements to make processes more efficient.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Manage all HR Operations processes for the corporate business.
- Manage the HR Consultants on their day to day activities
- Coach and develop the EMEA team
- Oversee all transactional HR Operations services of end-to-end employee lifecycle
- Support Onboarding processes.
- Proactively streamline processes and systems
- Ensure compliance of temporary workers process
- Drafting global policy revisions and guidance
- Support or Lead on HR Operations Projects as required.
- Manage Global Mobility reporting
