Are you a HR Analyst, a whizz on workday looking for an exciting challenge in a creative industry environment? We are partnering with a global media organisation who have a newly created HRIS Analytics role within their European operation.
All HRIS and data analytics currently run from its global HQ, and the London team is looking forward to welcoming this new hire after a period of change and growth. As its a nbrand new role there is tons of scope for someone to shape and put their own stamp on a role, bringing a brand new specialist skillset to the team.
This role will be responsible for the support, maintenance, and compliance of the HRIS system working to align things with the US central HRIS hub.
You will be the technical expert for the EMEA business, working very closely with your HR team colleagues as well as building strong relationships across the business. Workday is well established having been implemented for c5 years, however recent acquisitions and growth mean there is lots to do around data and reporting, integrating new entities etc.
Ideal candidates will come armed with a strong background in a similar HRIS Analyst role, ready to step into something very autonomous and with a high level of accountability. Ideally you'll worked within a similar fast paced creative or media type business or have an affinity with this world. You'll need to be ready to roll up your sleeves and navigate the business in order to make the required impact, you'll have a very agile and flexible approach and a can-do attitude!
This will be a hybrid role with offices based in West London
