Influencer Manager - Beauty
I am currently working on a new and fabulous Influencer Manager role with a well-known health and beauty company! This company help grow some fantastic brands and so this is a great opportunity for someone super confident, ideally with a passion for or understanding of beauty and contacts within the influencer world to plan, identify and manage influencers end to end.
This person should have an excellent understanding of the social media landscape and not only be able to manage their existing influencer contacts but also build on new relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Present different recommendations based on client briefings
- Be able to identify suitable influencers dependant on campaign
- Develop different influencer strategies across social platforms with a focus on TikTok
- Develop the different content strategies and calendars
- Be able to understand the client's needs and wants
- Manage client expectations and budgets
- Manage influencers from contract negotiations through to briefings
- Own and manage the budgets
- Draw up contracts based off approved templates
- Manage influencers when proposals need to be adjusted
You will have
- Experience as a social influencer manager
- Understanding of contract negotiation
- The ability to plan and manage budgets
- Ability to draw up contracts
- Previous experience with client relationships and influencer campaigns
- Highly organised skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and work fast under pressure
- Understanding and passion for new social media trends
- Interest in internet culture and pop culture
- Great communication skills - client facing
- Verbal and written communication skills
- A passion for beauty would be desirable
