A new role has just become available for a switched on Accounts Payable Assistant to join a dynamic and fast-growing creative agency in Notting Hill. Joining the busy Payables department for the next 3-6 months, this role offers the successful candidate a fabulous opportunity to join an exciting, creative company and the chance to develop their skills within finance.
To be considered for this role, you must have proven experience working with Purchase Ledger and be a natural at building relationships with internal and external stakeholders and possess an excellent working attitude.
The responsibilities
- Posting of all accounts payable costs / invoices
- Supplier/ Vendor account set up and maintenance
- Processing of staff expenses
- Processing of all supplier payments
- Allocation of outward payments
- Dealing with AP queries in the accounts inbox
The candidate
- Switched on and highly numerate
- Prior experience using Netsuite would be advantageous
- Immediately available to start
