Interim Financial Accountant needed for a hugely popular, global entertainment brand! This is a 6-month role where the successful candidate will be responsible for accurate accounting and reporting for the division, and assisting with various ad-hoc projects and tasks.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a part or newly qualified Accountant, to gain some excellent experience with such an attractive brand!
Key responsibilities include -
- Monthly cost analysis
- Approval of assets and producing monthly Asset registers
- Production of monthly overhead flash and quarterly forecast
- Accurate monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Take control and manage the divisions overheads and annual budget
- Assist with budget presentations to board
- Production of monthly cost centre reports
- Ad-hoc analysis & projects
Candidate requirements -
- Previous financial accounting experience within a dynamic fast-paced media environment.
- Strong technical accounting skills - Part qualified or Newly qualified ACCA or CIMA.
- Systems literate - with proven experience of SAP,
- Strong time-management and organisational skills
- Good communication skills.
- Experience of working closely with non-finance business stakeholders and ability to build effective working relationships across the organisation.
