Handle are partnering with a series B tech start up at an exciting point of their growth trajectory. They are looking to engage with an experienced L&D consultant who will review their current L&D offering and deliver an inspirational 2022 L&D Strategy and the project plan to achieve it.

This business has big ambitions and require a L&D Strategy to deliver on current organisational goals as well as set them up to achieve their future objectives.

Key focus areas looking to be addressed:

  • Scaling challenges - e.g. On-boarding large cohorts of new joiners, the global and remote nature of the workforce
  • Addressing the development needs of a variety of groups - Leadership, Managers, Team specific
  • The delivery of method of training and development for maximum engagement and impact
  • How is the strategy can be operationalised easily by local People Operations Partners

The ideal candidate will have worked with simalar fast-growth tech environments and love the pace and change you experience in these businesses. You'll have a really progressive, collaborative and creative approach, and be used to getting under the skin of existing culture, promoting and enhancing the existing values and culture. DE&I will also weave into everything you do.

Joining them asap, they envisage the initial project plan will be delivered by mid December to roll out from January 2022. Competitive day rate offered, outside of ir35. HQ in London. Can be based anywhere!
