Handle are currently working with a leading music merchandise business who are embarking on an exciting project to enhance and automate their royalties processing and reporting. They're implementing Curve, a specialist royalties management platform, and are seeking an experienced Royalties Systems Specialist to join them for a short interim period to help ensure a smooth and successful rollout.

Key responsibilities

  • Support the implementation and configuration of the Curve royalties system.

  • Work closely with internal teams and Curve's support to map, cleanse, and migrate data from legacy systems.

  • Automate data feeds and reporting processes to improve accuracy and efficiency.

  • Conduct testing and validation of data outputs, calculations, and reporting workflows.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve data or process issues during rollout.

  • Create and maintain documentation for new processes and reporting procedures.

  • Collaborate with finance, royalties, and IT teams to ensure smooth end-to-end integration.

  • Help develop dashboards and templates for UK and US royalties reporting

Candidate requirements

  • Strong experience working within music royalties, music publishing, or music rights management.

  • Hands-on experience with Curve is essential

  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets and data manipulation skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas, etc.)

  • Experience with data migration, testing, and process automation projects

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

  • Confident communicator, able to translate technical data into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders

  • Self-starter, comfortable managing workload and priorities in a fast-paced environment
