Handle are partnering with this international technology business to help them find an interim Senior HR Generalist to join them for the next 12 months.
This is a very fast paced, unique business environment undergoing a period of transformation and change. This role has arisen to partner with their technology business leaders working on a number of key strategic projects driving forward some exciting cultural change, in particular around performance management and engagement.
They are looking for a progressive senior level generalist candidate who is able to navigate the complexities of a global organisation whilst bringing a forward thinking and agile approach to how they work. The role requires a high level of stakeholder management, you'll be someone with a coaching approach and strong influencing skills.
