Senior Internal Communications Manager - Entertainment

4 month FTC

A small but mighty Internal Communications team, part of a global entertainment company are looking to hire an interim Senior Internal Communications Manager. Coming in to assist whilst the team are incredibly busy, the right person for this role will have demonstrable success in Internal Communications, as well as a proven track record in working well with senior stakeholders and a knack for writing compelling copy.

Delivering key information to employees across EMEA, planning events and fostering a sense of fun and pride across the team are some of the key requirements of this role, so please do apply if the above sounds like you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy and planning, working closely with the VP of corporate communications to develop the annual strategic plan for Internal Communications, supporting across key business priorities and initiatives.
  • Providing internal communication counsel to support the VP of corporate communications, the president and leadership teams.
  • Develop change management communication plans and deliver ongoing communications for specific initiatives to drive employee adoption.
  • Curate and develop plans and messaging assets to support the EMEA based communications team.
  • Manage and implement the EMEA employee forum, working with a number of employees and key stakeholders.
  • Managing editorial calendars for a number of key platforms.

You Will Have:

  • Proven experience and internal communications experience for a large company.
  • Outstanding writing skills and copy, excellence in both writing and editing.
  • The ability to communicate with employees at all levels.
  • An understanding of tight deadlines and the importance of sticking to them, the proven ability to self-direct and drive projects from start to finish.
  • A diplomatic approach, professionalism and discretion will be needed at all times.
