IT Support 1st Line 2nd Line Windows 10 Active Directory Inside IR35
Handle is working with a Global Broadcast / Entertainment Company to hire an experienced and self starting Support Engineer to support an established team that enable a dymanic and exciting TV company. The role will be full time on site in West London initially working towards a hybrid working pattern once you become embedded. This will be a critical role in assisting internal staff with technical queries within the scope of Client Services.
The role
- Be the first point of contact to provide onsite and remote technical assistance and end-user support to all EMEA regions including physical hardware, software applications, OS, printing, and other technical tasks
- Service desk ticket management (monitoring, assistance and escalation of issues) ensuring effective communication and a timely resolution with customers
- Manage new starters and leavers in accordance with the internal process ensuring a successful on/offboarding process
- Prepare IT hardware and software using internal imaging tools
- Ensuring all assets and inventory management of all devices across EMEA regions are updated using the internal CMDB tools
Skills & Experience
Experience supporting and utilizing the following:
- Hands-on experience managing customer issues through a ticketing solution (Freshservice or a similar ITSM tool)
- Knowledge of the ITIL Service Desk framework
- Desktop Support (Windows 10 /MacOS)
- Windows imaging
- O365/Exchange
- Active Directory & Azure
- AV meeting room setup and support
- Microsoft Teams/Zoom
- Basic working knowledge of networking & DNS
- Knowledge of Hardware (Laptops& Printers)
Nice to have but not essential
- Bomgar/TeamViewer
- Ivanti (LANDesk) and JAMF
- BOX, DropBox & OneDrive
- Okta
