About The Job

Handle are excited to be looking for a Judging and Database Executive to join our client's team in London as part of their Operations function.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Judging and Operations Database Specialist and act as a first point of contact for all related database queries, ensuring company details are in line with the Terms and Conditions for entering the Festivals. This is an entry level role ideal for persons looking to build database and operational expertise for a company servicing the creative community.

Candidates must be available to work during June at the main festival, whether in a physical or digital environment and will be expected to travel to regional festivals in Dubai and Singapore when the need arises.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accountable for the company processing and customer queries through the management of seasonal staff
  • Accountable for the data-tagging of festival entries through the management of seasonal staff
  • Meticulous quality control of the judging database
  • Assisting the Head of Judging & Operations with the calculation and sign-off of awards
  • Other ad hoc duties during the festival
  • Assisting with entry processing and customer queries during peak times
  • Administration and supervision of juries for Awards
  • Meticulous quality control of entries prior to on-site judging. Preparing entry materials, analysis, assisting with ownership of timelines and schedules
  • Managing the onsite (if applicable) operations for entries before group judging commences
  • Presentation of the entries to the jury and providing direct support to the appointed jury president and jurors
