Handle are working with a creative organisation who are looking for a Junior People Partner to join their team based in their offices in London.
Reporting into the Director of HR and working as part of the People team, you will be supporting with generalist HR across the business as well as working on the delivery of HR change & transformation projects. As part of your role as the Junior People Partner you will be providing support and guidance through people processes and employee relations cases whilst ensuring these are delivered at high and best practice standards.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced HR Advisor or People Partner providing HR generalist support to a large client group and have HR transformation delivery experience. This is a true generalist role in which you will get involved in every aspect of HR.
