Lead Business Analyst - Retail
We currently have a Lead Business Analyst role available for a high profile Retail company with UK headquarters in North London. This is a great opportunity to working on various high profile projects as your team continue to expand.
This is a brand new role within the division and will be responsible for building the team priorities, set up the correct processes and carry out the gap analysis.
* This is a hands-on Business Analyst (BA) manager role, lead the work in scoping and gap analysis, mapping of key 'As Is' and 'To Be' operational processes
Role:
- Ensuring that the requirements are translated into well-articulated definitions that align to SME expectations of outcomes
- Ensuring that business requirements are aligned to design authority
- Provide the guidance and leadership to BAs
- Be one of a small number of key points of contact between the Technology (Product) and Business teams as part of the agile development feedback process.
- Be a critical part of the User Acceptance Testing workstream, documenting the key scenarios and as a BA team
- Carry out the initial validation of functionality
Essential:
- launching or re-platforming of digital systems, transition of platforms
- Gathering requirements, process mapping and carrying out a gap analysis
- summarising outputs in documents that are clear and concise
- Working with product managers, SMEs, developers and architects
- Influencing stakeholders across a variety of seniority levels
- Creating and maintain complex programme management documents
- Supporting business teams in UAT
- Using a hybrid of Agile, Scrum & Waterfall methodologies
