Marketing Coordinator - Media and Entertainment

Handle are working alongside a leading entertainment companies with touch points in media, entertainment and broadcast. This is a fantastic role, working alongside a group of fantastic like minded, positive marketing professionals based in the UK and US.
The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the portfolio of titles plus the mandates of the marketing and creative service departments. As well as working on coordinating assets for a number of popular titles, this role will also be responsible for supporting the entire creative services team when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with marketing, creative and publicity teams to ensure the successful delivery of marketing and promotional assets both on and off-air
- Assist in supplying marketing materials and creative assets to various teams and licensees to support on the delivery of promotional launches.
- Close work with the sales team to assist them with selling programming, as well as the ideation, creation and updating of portfolio presentation.
- Ensure that all titles across the business are available for sales and clients to view
- Supporting the marketing and sales team as needed on events and special projects for promotional and premium ideas
You Will Have:
- At least 1-3 years in a marketing role
- Thorough experience within entertainment and a passion for the industry
- A creative eye, with a results orientated approach, you will be self-motivated and have strong time management
- Great attention to detail and strong business, work and personal ethics
