Our client is a platform, insights provider and team of experts that's used by the likes of Gucci, Walmart, Heineken and Porsche to navigate gaming, the metaverse and the wider virtual world ecosystem.

Think Ralph Lauren on Fortnite, or Elton John on Roblox.

The Role:

This role will be focused on scaling up the marketing engine. You will be driving demand for the platform, insights and experts, across a mix of marketing channels. You will be expected to help drive key business objectives, including the delivery of marketing qualified leads each month. This is a broad role that touches multiple marketing disciplines, including lead generation, demand generation, campaign management, product marketing and website optimization. This role includes a direct line report by a Senior Marketing Executive, and will report into our Head of Marketing. This role will cover both leadership and execution:

  • Working with our Senior Marketing Executive to ensure the Marketing strategy is delivered.
  • Oversee the management and delivery of our campaign calendar, including webinars, whitepapers, and paid media campaigns
  • Maximizethe amount of inbound leads we generate from our online marketing budget.
  • Ensure that leads are being qualifiedin-line with the strategy.
  • Manage the timely completion anddelivery of campaign deliverables including written content, design assets, HubSpot engagement flows and campaign set-up.
  • Help establish a product marketing functionto ensure timely promotion of feature releases and updates in-line with our product roadmap.
  • With excellent written and verbal communication skills, you will sometimes be required to produce relevant written marketing content.
  • Create and manage the creative briefsand delivery of our external design resource to ensure timely delivery of creative assets.
  • Optimize our website and digital assets toincrease SEO and conversions.

What you need to succeed in this role

- 4+ years of strong B2B marketing experience, preferably within a SaaS company.
- A willingness and ability to inspire and mentor as our team continues to grow.
- Experience driving inbound demand for B2B products and services through online sources, including reports, webinars, SEO and email marketing.
- Skilled at creating and executing paid media campaigns, including demonstrable experience of Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Experience in creating comprehensive creative briefs and managing the traffic and timely delivery of design content with external resources.
- Experience of data management and prospect and customer communications via CRM tools, with experience of HubSpot desirable.
- An ability to take complex messages and make them digestible for a wider audience not familiar with our brand and offering.
- An understanding of the advertising space and the marketing industry. It might sound obvious, but you'll be a marketer marketing to marketers
- As a custodian of the brand, you will need a creative eye and the ability to identify room for improvement when it comes to marketing content and assets.
