We are currently recruiting for a fantastic Office Manager role for a Creative agency in Holborn. You will be in charge of a stunning office and be the face of the company on Front of house. This would suit a real people person who is friendly and confident and who will make everyone excited to be coming in to the office! The role:
- Managing front of house reception, meeting and greeting etc
- Oversee contractors and workmen to repair/maintain office
- Ordering taxis, managing contacts and suppliers, etc
- Co-manage intern who will also be based on reception
- Data entry and Ad hoc administration
- Organise events and meetings
- Be responsible for ordering all office supplies
The ideal candidate:
- Well-presented and confident
- Ability to multi task and not get flustered
- Have excellent organizational skills
- Experience in a similar role
